Back to School

Mommy got a teaching job so she starts her first week as kindergarten teacher! Levi is going to be a big ol second grader this year. Beau is going to be a full time pre-schooler this year, instead of going to an at home day care.

Washington

Daddy was working in Washington Seattle this summer, so we flew out there and spent a few weeks with him. We went to the Museum of Flight and the Mueseum in Seattle. Went to numerous parks and lakes. We even went crabbing and got to eat the crab that we caught.

Last Day of Kindergarten

Levi is already finished with kindergarten! It feels like the school year went by so fast. He had the most amazing teacher, Ms. Clark. Levi learned how to read, write, visualize quantity mentally through common core and made so many friends. He enjoyed going to school everyday and his best friends were: Cooper, Aarav, and Beckett. At the end of the year he got a perfect report card and ran 112 miles for 100 mile club. We were so impressed with his kindergarten experience!

Mother Son Sports Day

Levi's school put on a Mother Son sports Day that was so much fun. We played a whole bunch of sports together and then they all had Popsicles. Our picture made it in the yearbook.

Happy Easter

The boys had a great Easter over at Pops Tom's and Gramma's house this year. The eggs were all full of money. The older kids were very excited about the money. The younger kids, not so much, but they enjoyed the egg hunt. Beau had a major meltdown during dinner and had to spend a few minutes in time out. The melt down occurrences spiked a bit after his paci's were hidden that week. We told Beau we didn't know where they were. Both boys were very excited about visiting the Easter bunny but Beau sure didn't show it in the pictures. We went to my parents and Rosanna made an awesome bunny cake. The boys were super excited about it!

Ice Skating Winter Camp

Levi did Ice Skating Winter camp during his school break. He was pretty excited but started falling as soon as he started. He sobbed to his coach that he wanted to go home about an hour into it. They went outside and did street hockey for awhile. Then he put his ice skates back on and started skating on his own. The look of pride on his face when he showed me how well he was doing when I picked him up was so amazing. By the end of the week he was skating so well and was starting to pick up hockey pretty well.

Levi's School Christmas Performance

Levi's class sang Feliz Navidad and Mele Kalikimaka. Then the kids went and took a picture with Santa!
