Christmas and Daddy Comes Home

After a long time of Troy working in North Dakota for a big job he arrived home before Christmas. Levi held him and hugged him for really long time. Beau seemed shy but warmed up to him quickly. We enjoyed having Christmas together and went to all of the fun family get togethers. He left on New Years to go back to work but was awfully home sick and left the job a week later to come home.

Christmas Tree Shopping

Getting a Christmas tree was really sad with Daddy traveling for work. My husband and I have been together to pick out a Christmas Tree since we met over ten years ago. The boys had fun running around the lot and picking out a tree. I was able to lift it off my car and get it in the house. Levi enjoyed putting the ornaments on and Beau enjoyed taking them off the lower half of the tree.

Pictures with Santa

We went to the Riverside Plaza and got pictures with a very elderly Santa Clause. Beau was not happy about Santa because of his fear of elders. We took the picture anyways for the memories. The boys wore matching Christmas pajamas.

Thanksgiving in Utah

My whole family flew to Utah for Thanksgiving to stay at my Uncle and Aunts house. We flew there on my thirtieth birthday which I am sure Beau was unaware of otherwise he would have behaved better on the plane. We had a great Thanksgiving together and the food was yummy. The Zoo had a free day and we all went and had a blast. We went tubing on one of the days which the kids and adults enjoyed. It was so fun to spend quality time with all of our family.

Thomas the Train Museum

We went to see Thomas the Train at the Train Museum. We did the petting zoo, jumper, activity area, trolley ride and Thomas the Train ride. We had a lot of fun and Levi remarked that he was excited Thomas the Train was real.

Levi's School Picture

Levi's pre-k school picture came back and we are so in love with it. He loves pre school and enjoys learning about letter sounds and how to do each letter in sign language. Levi is learning how to be a big brother and set a good example. He tries so hard to make funny faces in the car when Beau is crying.

Beau- 18 months

Beau has such a silly personality and loves to get into everything. He likes to take out DVD's, books and cans out of the cabinets and make a mess. He is a bit sensitive and will cry if someone hurts his feelings. He loves to eat and his belly sticks out really far. The doctor said his height and weight are average but he has an above average head size.
