Thirteen Months

I am thirteen months and I am getting into everything! I love to press buttons on the DVD player and the cable box and I just laugh when mommy tells me not to. I like to say Dada and Mama but mostly I grunt and point at everything like a cave baby! I have had a little bit of separation anxiety the last few months and I don't like it when Mama walks away from me or leaves. I drink cows milk and have three meals a day, which has given me a tiny belly. I watch Yo Gabba Gabba and make funny faces by sticking out my tongue when I see the other children do it on the show. My favorite toys this month are my tonka truck, Scout Dog says my name, and my water table that I use everyday! Mommy takes me to the park everyday and tries to get me nice and tired so I still take two naps a day!

Mother's Day Week

Auntie Amber surprised Grandma Diana by showing up at her doorstep all the way from Colorado! We all went to lunch at Olive Garden on Saturday, I got to see the newest addition to the family, my great cousin Nathan! On Sunday we went to Great Aunt Tanya's house for a bbq. Then on Monday we went to Huntington Beach where I got to play in the sand! I love the sand! We were so happy to spend time with Auntie Amber!

We left Thursday for Levi's first camping trip! It was a six hour journey to Zion and Levi took a nap and I did my best to entertain him! Tent camping was very difficult he seemed fearful of the tent and ended up sleeping with me each night and was very uncomfortable. He loved his new camping backpack and gladly joined us on all of the hikes and took naps in it as well! It was tough chasing a baby around the campsite but we had a lot of fun!

Easter

The easter bunny visited Levi for the first time and it was so much fun! He played with his presents at home and then we headed to Riverside. We visited Great Grandma Joyce's for lunch and then Pops Tom and Gramma's house for dinner. All of the cousins had an easter egg hunt out back and they found the eggs we colored the night before!

Visiting the Weeks Family at Blue Jay

The Weeks Family bought a camper trailer so we decided to go visit them on their first camping outing at the Blue Jay Campground in the Cleveland Forrest. The kids had so much fun playing together, we went on a hike/bike ride and watched the kids fly kites!

Easter Bunny

To celebrate Levi's first Easter we took him to go see the Easter Bunny at the Temecula Promenade!

One year Appointment

Levi had his one year appointment today and he did so good! He weighs 21 pounds and is 31 inches tall..which means that he is skinny and tall for his age! He had to get four shots today and he was not happy about it and he cried for quite awhile. Luckily, he seems to be doing fine and is in a great mood.
