Sedona

The Rendler family all came together to celebrate Uncle Ray's wedding to Kim! We hitched a ride with Grandpy, Nana, and GGMA! It was a six hour trip there which included a rest stop to a Carls Jr playplace. Mommy was so proud of me I did such a good job on the way there and back! Uncle Ray carried me on his back and we went on a hike around the Bell Rock with a whole bunch of the family. The wedding was so wonderful but we missed the dancing because I had to go back to the hotel to go to bed. We all went to sliding rock and Mama, Nana, and Auntie Amber went down the rock slide in 57 degree water, brrr! Then we went on a jeep off roading tour and believe it or not I took a nap on it! I eventually woke up and enjoyed the bumpy ride!

Big Horse Corn Maze

Nana, Grandpy, Dada, and Mama took me to Pumpkin Patch called Big Horse Patch in Temecula. I went on two pony rides, a jumpy slide, a hay ride, and played in corn kennels. I loved the corn kennels, I rolled around and did snow angels in them.

17 months

Nana and Mama took me to get Fall pictures done at Picture People this month! I was nice enough to sit for two seconds for a picture before running out of the room constantly. Afterward, I went to Castle Park for the first time and went on the antique cars and the carousel, so much fun!! Seventeen months has been a fun month for me and mama! Thanks to time out, I no longer bite or pinch! Mama gives me a warning and if I do it again I go to baby prison behind a baby gate for 20 seconds. If you ask for a kiss I will run over and give you a open mouth kiss, yum! I love chicken nuggets, black beans and fruit! I can't wait for Halloween, I am going to be a puppy and I already love knocking on doors!

Mammoth Family Vacation 2011

Pops Tom and Gramma got a vacation house for a week in Mammoth CA. It was a five and a half hour drive but I was a trooper because mommy entertained me with books and toys the whole way there and back. We went to the lake and played and fed the duckies. I went in a backpack on daddy's back to hike to Devil's Postpile and Rainbow Falls. I was so impressed by the waterfall that my jaw dropped and I stared at it for a long time. The whole family went to an old ghost town called Bodey, there were so many different things to see and play with! We also went on a hike around a lake and I took my first boat ride on the water taxi and Brady got to drive it! We took a bus to the Gondola and I got to play in the snow for the first time at the top. I had so much fun going on vacation with my family and playing with my cousins everyday, I love them so much!

Sixteen Months

Sixteen months has been a lot of fun, I am getting so big! I like to spend the night at Nana and Grampy's house to give mommy and daddy some alone time. I love motorcycles, I get excited when I see them and go vrum vrum! Mommy tells me "no", hit, pinch, bite, and throw. I am testing my boundaries and I get too rough with my cousins and doggy friends. Boys will be boys!

Fifteen Months

Fifteen months was super great! I learned how to communicate through words and signs this month. Besides Mama and Dada, I can say ByeBye now. I can sign: all done, more, and milk. I love to dance and nod my head! My new wagon is awesome, I put my drink in the cupholder and enjoy being pulled around in it. It is not always a fun ride for mommy when she has to pull me up hills in it though. I am a rough boy, I get excited and pull hair and gouge eyes, once again, not so much fun for mommy. I also enjoy going to the library every Friday for arts and crafts with my cousins.

Oceanside

Grandpa and Grandma Maze got a vacation beach house in Oceanside at the beginning of August. Auntie Amber visited half of the time and she brought a bear she made for me, his name is Teddy! Daddy was not able to come very long because Kodiak ate a corn cob and had to have surgery. We went to Sea World on Wednesday and saw the Shamu show and went to Sesame Street Splash Park. I loved my first roller coaster ride which was just like the Dumbo ride! I spent the week on the beach playing in the sand and with little rocks. I did not like the waves of the ocean so mainly stayed ashore. What a fun time!
