Now that Levi is four months old, he is transitioning into solid foods. Right now he is eating two teaspoons of rice cereal mixed with breast milk in the morning and at night. He makes some terrible faces, but I heard that babies make those faces because it is something new, not necessarily because it tastes bad. I was hoping the rice cereal would make him sleep longer at night, but nope, he still wants to eat every three hours. Kodiak of course comes over to see if there is any food spilt on the ground afterward. His first vegetable was sweet potatoes and first fruit was pears, it takes him awhile to warm up to the different types of food and prefers it when daddy feeds him.

Four Month Appointment
I took Levi to his four month appointment recently! He weighs 15.8 pounds and is 25.5 inches long, which puts him in the 60th percentile for both. They said I can start Levi on rice cereal with breastmilk, which I am excited about! He got his shots again and cried like crazy but calmed down right away. The doctor said that he is very outgoing and had trouble looking in his ears and mouth because he was trying to roll around. I think he was in pain when we got home because he cried for about an hour before he finally went to sleep for the night. My poor guy! We recently found out that we are going to go on a vacation to Bass lake/Yosemite, how fun! Here is a picture from his appointment:
